
I stumbled upon a very small chapter highlighting the health benefits and disease prevention capabilities of fermented foods, specifically kraut! Discovering kraut and its medicinal probiotic power led to immediate at-home kraut making, endless recipe creations and 2 years later, the beginning of Firefly Kitchens. Following my passion for food, cooking and wellness I made a life changing discovery during one of my courses.
